I bought Ember and it hasn't arrived

Open the game with a connection and wait a moment. Purchases are delivered automatically, even if the game closed while you were paying.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My Ember says "pending"

That Ember was earned while you were offline. It's confirmed the next time you connect, and can be spent after that.

I can't spend Ember

Spending needs a connection and a Game Center sign-in. Sign in from Settings, then Account.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This can't be undone, and any Ember you've bought is lost.
